Ballet Barre Fitness
Even though our instructors are former ballet dancers, you don't need ballet experience for this class.
This class is for those who would like to have a ballet dancer body-strong, sleek and streamlined.
At Barre Fitness you will exercise using real ballet barres and small free weights. Incoprporating ballet techniques, cardio routines and stretching elements, instructors will lead you through the class, which dramatically tones and elongates your body as well as improves your posture. 1 hour class will target your thighs, abs, arms and buttocks without high impact on your joints.
Please, bring your own mat for the floor-part of the class.
Suggested attire: ballet slippers, yoga socks or bare feet.
No registration is required for Ballet Barre Fitness.

- Drop in one Barre Fitness class : $13
- Package of 5 classes including Barre Fitness and Adult Ballet: $55 (good for 6 weeks)
- Package of 10 classes including Barre Fitness and Adult Ballet: $95 (good for 3 months)
- Adult Ballet Fall session only (13 weeks): $120
- Adult Ballet drop in one class: $15
